Saw my physio yesterday. It was a pretty intense and painful session working on my neck. Lots of massage, and lots of IMS needles. It left me feeling drained, but by the end of the day I could see some progress. Today there is a lot less pain, and more range of motion.
A pain in the neck. On Friday I developed this odd pain when I turn my head certain ways, or use certain neck muscles. It is so bad that at times it takes my breath away. I am also not sleeping properly since rolling over causes enough pain to wake me.🤞physio tomorrow can fix me
Anyone else have a Halloween hangover? I’m talking about the tiredness and sugar headaches, not anything to do with alcohol.
First world problem of the day: tonight we discovered that our PVR somehow lost all of the recording schedules. Hopefully we recreate them all, but I feel like we forgot some.
☕️ I’m having a good coffee day. Each cup I’ve made has been excellent. Getting the amounts and timing right in an AeroPress can be tricky.
It astounds me that people still don’t understand intersections, and how to stop on the sensors to make lights change. It’s not hard. ￼
Close to getting OwnYourGram by @aaronpk running on a local machine. I think the nginx config isn’t quite right. When I load localhost instead of loading a page, a file gets downloaded. I’ll dig into that tomorrow I though.
I must have some form of insomnia. Once again I woke early (3:30) and couldn’t get back to sleep so I eventually got up a little after 4:30. This is not a great start to my day.
iOS 13 is supposed to have the ability to set wallpapers using the Shortcuts app. I’ve read a few articles on how to do it, but for some reason the option to set the wallpaper is not available on my phone running the latest 13.2 beta. I’m hoping this gets fixed.
Really missing ownyourgram. Love the service and get sad when it stops dies to Instagram API limits. I’m attempting to get it up and running on my Mac mini.
