I made some chipotle mayo the other day by combining blended chipotle with mayo. Easy and very good. Even better is mixing chipotle with ketchup. It turns into a spicy, smoky, sweet condiment.

I made a thing! I wanted to get a new cat scratching post for @jon.snow.the.cat.yyj but anything tall enough for him was ridiculously expensive.
