Well, 2020 has turned out to be quite a year so far. Originally the @cycleoflifetour (a fundraised for hospice care on Vancouver Island) was supposed to take place on July 18 and July 19, but due to the current restriction on group sizes the tour has been postponed until next year. Hospice care does not take a break this year though. The need for funding is still very high, and their services are still being utilized every day. . I’m happy to say that there is a new plan for fundraising this year! I’m still going to ride, but it will be a solo trek. I will ride at least 222 km over 2 days, and a minimum of 2020 metres of elevation. My fundraising goal is $2020 (see what I did there with all the 2s and 0s?). To date I have raised $905 which is amazing! A huge thank you for all the support so far. . If you haven’t donated yet, and would like to, the link is in my bio.
