I really hate being ignored while shopping and need help. I was at Visions Electronics today looking for a new car stereo and the salespeople would walk right by, avoiding eye contact. They seemed busy, but didn’t even say “Someone will help you shortly” Frustrating experience.

I can’t have stew without thinking of the time we served the kids some, sat it in the dining room table to cool and came back later to a licked clean bowl. Heart had stolen Elliot’s dinner without making a noise. Very sneaky dog. I miss her a lot still.

As Christmas approaches, more and more companies are using their mailing lists to remind me they exist. Their goal is to get me to spend money with them. Instead, I am taking the opportunity to decide if I really want to remain on their mailing list and most of the time I unsubscribe.
