Disappointed, angry, dejected, and tired. Woke at 3:30 and immediately knew I would be in for a rough time. Slight twinge of anxiety and my brain would not shut off. I got out of bed at 4:30 to start my day. Uggh.

One of the downsides to both kids having their L (learners) licence is that they both need to practice. This mostly means they drive the car for most errands and yesterday it dawned on me just how much I am missing driving due to this.

Our apple tree is in full bloom right now and looking pretty amazing. I’m hoping this year’s haul of apples is bigger than last year.

We now have a vehicle with a backup camera, and it is pretty awesome. The question I have is why are they so terrible at night and in the rain?

Right when I need it most, it is quite literally useless.

Last week I was struck with a cold the left me exhausted for a whole week. While I was recovering, my back seized up for a double whammy. That combo was a recipe for making me feel older than my actual years. Fun times.
