Our living room reno has come to a halt for a little while (at least until the tile arrives). Here is a before and after shot. Imagine fresh tile around the fireplace. We’re extremely happy with the end result, and even more happy to have the living room and dining room back in use.

I’ve never counted to 20 so much in my life. This coincides with never having washed my hands so often before.

Yesterday I realized that WRC Rally Guanajuato in Mexico is happening the same weekend I arrive. Sadly the event is too far away for me to sneak out and watch some. That would have been such a thrill to see in person. Some year I want to travel to see one in person.
