A little training ride for @cycleoflifetour this morning. The goal was some hills and I managed that. Nield Rd, Bear Mountain, and Highland Rd kept the legs toasty. Got my 1000m Thursday.

$1.50 to use the air compressor to fill the car tires at the gas station? Such a rip off considering they were complimentary a few years ago. I was gifted an air compressor recently, so I need to get it setup so we can use it.

Stunner of a day for touring around the area. I headed out to East Sooke Park as the main destination, but sort of meandered my way back. Feeling pretty strong on the bike these days.
