The kids and I didn’t go to any particular Remembrance Day ceremony today. Instead the three of us did a moment of silence together at a roadside pullout. We talked a little about what it meant, then continued on our travels.

I really wish more artists (in particular comic artists) would use any blogging platform over Instagram. I’m always slightly disappointed when I read some comic strips on Bored Panda then discover they can only be followed on Instagram.
Went for a walk at Piper’s Lagoon. It was my first time in quite a while and it was a lot of fun to share it with the kids.
Lazy Saturday morning started with books.

Saw my physio yesterday. It was a pretty intense and painful session working on my neck. Lots of massage, and lots of IMS needles. It left me feeling drained, but by the end of the day I could see some progress. Today there is a lot less pain, and more range of motion.

A pain in the neck. On Friday I developed this odd pain when I turn my head certain ways, or use certain neck muscles. It is so bad that at times it takes my breath away. I am also not sleeping properly since rolling over causes enough pain to wake me.🤞physio tomorrow can fix me
